Toll Free Services
Let your customers call you free of charge. With Telco Experts Toll Free Service, you are able to respond and service your customers more efficiently. Basic Toll Free Service provides the options you need to manage inbound calls, and should your business need a more comprehensive Toll Free Service product, we offer several feature enhancements designed to meet your requirements. Some of those features are:
- Dialed Number Identification Service (DNIS) — Identifies which toll free number the caller dialed. This allows your representatives to answer each call with a personalized greeting.
- Automatic Number Identification (ANI) — Provides the caller's telephone number, allowing your representative to quickly access customer-specific information from your database. This gives you the ability to handle more calls per day, by reducing the wait time by an average of 10 to 20 seconds per call.
- Shared Location Service — When call volume increases, this feature directs the overflow of inbound calls to other locations. This will prevent excessive wait time and lost calls, and will allow your representatives to assist your client’s in a timely and professional manner. It also serves as a disaster recovery solution when businesses need an alternate site to respond to calls in the event of an emergency.

Channel Bank & Integrated T1s
A channel bank is a device that performs the combining or separation of a group of communications channels, such as analog or digital telephone lines, into one channel of higher bandwidth, such as a T1 (Ds1) circuit. From the T1, the service is then connected to the customer’s equipment at their location.
Channel Bank & Integrated T1s have become more widely recognized as a telecommunications solution because of the flexibility offered. This service allows our clients to run several services, including local and long-distance telephone service and internet access over a single circuit at the same time.
Telco Experts offers a reliable bundled Data and Voice Solution delivered to your business with your choice of handoff to your Equipment. Handoff is available via Analog or Digital connectivity, or both. An Integrated T1 provides the most extensive voice and data access over a single circuit. Custom configuration options allow us to meet your business’s requirements, all while allowing you to retain your existing phone numbers.
Standard T1
Voice T1 services provide access to the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) through reliable, state-of-the-art equipment that will serve your business needs as your organization grows. Voice T1 service is installed in 24 channel increments and connects your digital equipment to our network. Depending on your requirements, a Voice T1 can be configured for inbound service only, outbound service only or bi-directional.
Telco Experts offers a state of the art network behind all of our T1 services. If you are looking for call capacity, but are not in need of all the bells and whistles, our Standard T1 gives you the advantages you need at a price you can afford.
PRI T1
Like a Standard T1, our PRI T1 circuit is another cost effective way to maximize your communication dollars. A PRI has 24 channels, using 23 for data, and the 24th for signaling. Also you can break down the channels on a T1 for different type of service. With a PRI, all 23 channels are the same.
The Telco Experts PRI provides you with the same exceptional service as with the Standard T1, along with a channel for Caller ID and ANI data. Both products are dedicated and scalable, with the ability to handle multiple types of calls. One of our Experts will analyze your current telecommunications layout and custom design a service option that is right for you. Additional calling packages are available, and can be ordered to suit your calling needs and keep costs down.
Point to Point
T1 PTP (Point to Point) is a dedicated private line that runs directly between two locations. This connectivity option provides users with a high-speed digital line, which can be used for voice, data, or Internet applications, without the security issues and concerns that one may be exposed to by having other users on the same line.
Point to Point voice and data lines have long been available to corporations that transmit electronic data between corporate headquarters and offices in other states. In-state and even Regional (nearby areas that are not considered local service) service for T1 voice and data lines have been more limited in coverage. Now it is possible to get high reliability dedicated digital lines between most locations and nearly everywhere in some states.
Some businesses that find this service option beneficial are medical centers, financial companies, manufacturers with satellite centers or vendors as well as customers that need to be tightly linked. Retailers with multiple outlets or off-site warehouses and newspapers with remote printing facilities may also find this service perfect for their needs.
